Well equipped leaders are essential to church health. Our desire is to provide opportunities for leaders to be prepared to face the demands of leading the church to effective ministry. We do this through:
Training Seminars
Leadership Retreats
In today’s ever changing atmosphere of culture and ministry, churches and their leaders must be strategic in reaching their communities. We offer several tools to aid churches.
Ministry Assessment through Natural Church Development – We can help you and your leaders assess ministry effectiveness and develop a strategy for future ministry.
Percept – We have access to this vital ministry tool which uses current demographics to aid a church in reaching their community.
In partnership with Missions Door (formerly Mission to the America's) and Mission's Door Church Planting Specialist, Harry Olsen, we are endeavoring to strategically plant churches in our region.
The Companion and the eCompanion are the Rocky Mountain CBA’s publication sent to churches and individuals to inform them of regional happenings and news.
Recognizing the importance, and difficulty, of securing benefits for church staff, we continually look for providers for employment benefits for church staff members.

The Rocky Mountain CBA is excited about the 21st century church. Through training seminars, church assessments and coordination with partners of like-vision, we desire to help your church be effective in reaching a lost world for Jesus Christ.
Throughout the year, during one-on-one sessions or fellowship breakfasts and lunches, the Rocky Mountain CBA Executive Director meets with the church pastors in the region for interaction and counsel. He is available to meet with your church’s Leadership Teams and is also available to share a biblical message in one of your services.
Beginning with the initial meeting of the Search Team and ending with the installation service of the new pastor, the Rocky Mountain CBA is available to help with church leadership placement. We have developed a Search Team Manual to help guide churches with the search process. A selection of resumes is kept on file at the RMCBA office.
We also assist individuals who are seeking to move to another ministry place.
The Rocky Mountain CBA has qualified individuals and resources ready to assist during a time of ministry crisis.
